Phase One: Site Survey

Phase Three: Implementation
An experienced SDI field support team will then implement your new In-Plant Store® program. This is typically a multi-step process that involves everything from reorganizing your storeroom layout to cataloging supply data and building your custom catalog to integrating any new technologies. Your solution is just that — yours. We implement the appropriate technology — including custom interfaces with your enterprise software if desired — set up storeroom shelves, and optimize operating procedures, drilling down to the real issues that affect your business.
Phase Four: On-Site Management

To help manage your new In-Plant Store, SDI experts stay on site at your facility. Depending on your needs, we provide anywhere from one to more than 50 SDI experts on site.
